Jacksboro Urgent Care is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in your area, Jacksboro, TN 37757. We operate 1 urgent-care clinic in and around your area, treating walk-in patients for acute illness and minor injury.
Position summary
This is an urgent-care NP role with high patient variety and procedural opportunity. You will evaluate and treat acute presentations, perform minor procedures, and direct patients to emergency or follow-up care when needed.
Key responsibilities
Evaluate and treat acute presentations: respiratory illness, lacerations, infections; specify.
Perform minor procedures, including suturing, splinting, incision and drainage.
Order and interpret point-of-care labs, X-rays, and rapid diagnostics
Document efficiently in a high-throughput environment.
Required qualifications
Master's or doctoral degree (MSN or DNP) from an accredited NP program
Active, unrestricted national NP board certification (ANCC or AANP) in your population focus
Active RN and APRN/NP licensure in Jacksboro, TN 37757
New grads welcome, 1+ year preferred
Preferred qualifications
Procedural competence in suturing, splinting, and incision and drainage
Comfort seeing patients of all ages.
Compensation and benefits

Pay ranges $50 an hour- $60 an hour.
