The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our growing clinical team on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate is an experienced psychiatric provider who is eligible to practice independently in New York State and is comfortable treating children, adolescents, and adults.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
- Diagnose and manage psychiatric and behavioral health conditions.
- Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric follow-up.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs.
- Treat patients with conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and related psychiatric conditions.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation using electronic health records.
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients and families.
Required Qualifications
- Active New York State Nurse Practitioner certification in Psychiatry.
- National certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Minimum three years of direct psychiatric nurse practitioner experience.
- Eligibility to practice independently in New York State without a written collaborative practice agreement.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication management skills.
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site at our Staten Island facility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience treating children and adolescents as well as adults.
- Experience with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks.
- Previous outpatient psychiatric or multidisciplinary clinical experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive annual salary of $135,000–$170,000, based on experience and qualifications.
