New Reflections Counseling, P.A., an outpatient therapy practice, is expanding into psychiatric medication management by telehealth. We're looking for a board-certified PMHNP to provide evaluations and medication management by secure video for clients who see our therapists.
States: NY, NC, CT, SC, RI, PA, TN, IL. A license in any one of them is a start.
Scope: non-controlled medications only. An active DEA registration in each state you cover is still required.
Terms: contract role, $67–$105 per hour. You set the hours you offer. The practice handles scheduling, billing and insurance credentialing. This role doesn't include employee benefits.
You'll need: PMHNP board certification, 2+ years of PMHNP practice (we can't offer a preceptor), your own collaborating or supervising physician where a state requires one, malpractice coverage of $1M/$3M, and eligibility for insurance credentialing.
