About Our practice
Our practice is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in your area, your state. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving [rural / urban underserved / specify] patients. Our care team integrates primary care, behavioral health, and [dental / pharmacy — specify] services under one roof.
Position summary
This is an NP role embedded in our primary-care team. You will see patients of all ages and acuity levels, with a strong emphasis on accessibility, harm reduction, and culturally responsive care.
Key responsibilities
